The action kicks off with a familiar scenario: a massive storm. But this one isn't just threatening Adventure Bay; it sweeps the PAW Patrol off course and onto the shores of a mysterious, uncharted island. Here, they quickly discover a world where dinosaurs still roam, and they’re not alone. They meet Rex (Hayden Chemberlen), a clever and resourceful pup who’s been stranded on the island and has learned to navigate its prehistoric perils.
Their initial wonder at the friendly dinos is shattered when Mayor Humdinger arrives, not to help, but to exploit. Teaming up with the blustery, fossil-obsessed Alistair Stonewall (Terry Crews), the Mayor’s reckless mining for a mythical "Dino Power Crystal" accidentally triggers a dormant volcano. Now, the pups must put aside their surprise and work with Rex, the local dinosaurs, and even a reluctant Stonewall to evacuate the island’s inhabitants and stop the impending eruption. The plot is a classic ticking-clock scenario, but the stakes feel personal. This isn't about saving a city; it's about saving a new home and the gentle giants who live there.
